When you connect your Meta Business Assets to Active Reach via the Meta Business Extension, we collect and process data from the Meta Graph API, including Ad Account IDs, Catalog IDs, Pixel IDs, and campaign performance metrics. This data is used solely to manage your advertising campaigns and synchronize your inventory as described in this policy.

1.4 Google Platform Data

When you connect your Google Ads or Google Merchant Center accounts to Active Reach, we collect and process data via the Google Ads API and Google Content API, including Campaign IDs, Merchant Center IDs, product feed data, and campaign performance metrics. This data is used solely to manage your advertising campaigns, synchronize your product catalog, and provide performance analytics as described in this policy.

1.5 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and gather analytics. You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings.

Communication Data and Notifications

When you register for an Active Reach workspace, we collect your mobile phone number. We use this number strictly to deliver essential B2B transactional communications, including daily analytics summaries, security OTPs, and system alerts via SMS, Email, RCS, and other supported communication channels. We partner with secure, telecom-compliant infrastructure providers to facilitate these messages. We do not sell your phone number or use it for third-party promotional marketing without your explicit additional consent.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

Consent: You provide explicit consent when registering and opting in to receive service notifications.
Contractual necessity: Processing is necessary to deliver the Service you have subscribed to.

Upon verification, we will purge all platform-sourced data from our active databases within 30 days, in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Google's API Services User Data Policy.

You may also disconnect your Meta or Google accounts from Active Reach at any time through your workspace settings, which will immediately stop further data collection from those platforms.
